Meet the Partners

Roy F. Goggin, Jr., is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (1969) and received a MS in Taxation from The American University (1986).

In 1988, Roy founded Roy F. Goggin, Jr., CPA, P.C. The company serves the tax, audit and accounting needs of small businesses and their owners.

In 1998, several of our Company's long-term clients and business associates founded Cardinal Bank, NA in Fairfax, VA. For five years, Roy served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. For three of the five years, he was Chairman of the Loan Committee. Today, Cardinal Bank continues to prosper.

Roy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and served as Chairman of the State Taxation Committee. He is a past Director of the Virginia State Board of Accountancy. Roy is also a past member of the Falls Church Rotary Club, 1983-1996 and served as President 1988-1990.

All our personnel have or are pursing a master's degree and are required to take at least 40 hours of continuing education yearly.
